1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions:

• “Academy” / “We” / “Us” means the institution offering tutoring/learning services through this website.

• “Student” means the learner applying for admission.

• “Parent/Guardian” means the person completing the application on behalf of a minor student.

• “You” means the Student or Parent/Guardian using the online admission system.

• “Services” means tuition, classes, online courses, assessments and other educational services provided by the Academy.

By submitting an online admission application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You confirm that all information submitted in the online admission form is true, complete and accurate.
2.2. If you are applying on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to act on the Student’s behalf.

3. Application Process

3.1. Completing the online admission form does not guarantee admission or a place in any class or programme.
3.2. Admission is subject to:

• Availability of places

• Meeting the Academy’s entry requirements

• Submission and verification of required documents (e.g. school reports, ID, proof of payment where applicable)
  3.3. The Academy reserves the right to request additional information or documents before making a final decision.

4. Documents & Verification

4.1. You agree that all documents uploaded are genuine and accurate copies of the originals.
4.2. The Academy may verify any information or documents provided with schools, examination bodies or relevant authorities.
4.3. If any information or document is found to be false or misleading, the Academy may:

• Reject the application, or

• Cancel an offer or registration without refund.

5. Admission Decisions

5.1. The Academy’s decision on admission is final and made at its sole discretion.
5.2. The Academy is not obliged to provide reasons for an unsuccessful application, though feedback may be offered where possible.
5.3. If your application is successful, you will receive a formal Offer of Admission via email, SMS or WhatsApp with further instructions.

6. Fees & Payment

6.1. Some applications may require a non-refundable application/registration fee. Where applicable, your application will only be processed after proof of payment is received and confirmed.
6.2. Once an offer is accepted, you agree to pay the required tuition and other fees in line with the Academy’s Fee Structure and Payment Policy.
6.3. Failure to pay fees by the due dates may result in:

• Suspension of access to classes or online services

• Cancellation of the Student’s place at the Academy
  6.4. All fees, discounts and promotions (including “first 10 students” or similar offers) are subject to change and may be withdrawn at the Academy’s discretion.

7. Use of Online Learning Platforms

7.1. Where the Academy provides access to online platforms (e.g. LMS, online exams, virtual classes), you agree to:

• Keep login details and passwords secure and not share them with others

• Use the platform only for educational purposes

• Follow all rules and code of conduct provided by the Academy
  7.2. The Academy may suspend or restrict access if the Student misuses the platform, engages in cheating, bullying, or any form of misconduct.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

8.1. By submitting an online admission application, you consent to the Academy collecting, storing and processing the personal data of the Student and Parent/Guardian for:

• Admission and registration purposes

• Academic administration

• Communication about classes, exams, fees and school activities
  8.2. The Academy will take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
  8.3. Your data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g. payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp services, learning platforms) strictly for purposes related to delivering the Academy’s services.

9. Communication & Notifications

9.1. You agree that the Academy may contact you via:

• SMS

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Phone calls
  regarding your application, admission status, payments, timetables and other important updates.
  9.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact details are correct and kept up to date.

10. Changes to Courses, Classes & Timetables

10.1. The Academy reserves the right to:

• Change class times, tutors, subjects or course structures

• Move classes between physical and online formats

• Merge or split classes based on enrolment numbers
  10.2. Wherever possible, reasonable notice will be given of any major changes.

11. Cancellations & Withdrawals

11.1. If you wish to withdraw an application or cancel a registration, you must notify the Academy in writing (email/WhatsApp).
11.2. Any refunds (if applicable) will follow the Academy’s Refund Policy, which may specify non-refundable fees and notice periods.
11.3. The Academy may cancel a Student’s admission or registration in cases of:

• Non-payment of fees

• Serious misconduct

• Academic dishonesty

• Providing false information during application

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. While the Academy takes reasonable care to provide accurate information on this website, errors or omissions may occur.
12.2. The Academy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Technical issues, downtime or interruptions of the website or online platforms

• Incorrect information provided by the applicant

• Delays caused by third-party service providers (e.g. internet, payment systems, SMS gateways)
  12.3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions seeks to exclude any legal rights you may have under applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1. All logos, branding, course materials, videos, notes, quizzes and website content remain the intellectual property of the Academy or its partners.
13.2. You may not copy, distribute, sell or share the Academy’s content without written permission.

14. Governing Law
